All orders are shipped from Australia with tracking.
I do my best to pack you order, please understand that outer envelop can be damaged during transport.

Shipping delays can occur, due to weather, customs or public holidays. Which will vary between country. These are approximate delivery times.

I do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Refund for change of mind. Especially on International Orders.
Unless your order arrived completely damaged due to the way the postal service is handled the order. Please send me an email at email@example.com
Please take a photo of the damages for me to assess. I will either offer a replacement or a partial refund of up to 75% of the order.
Please make sure you have written the correct address for shipping, as orders do return to me if the address is incorrect or undelivered.

LOST MAIL OR LONG DELAYSAs soon as I have shipped out your order, you will receive a Tracking number. I am not responsible for any lost or long delays on receiving your order. As it is out of my hands. Please contact your postal service in your area with the tracking number I have provided.
If the order is lost and does not return to me, the best I can do is offer a partial refund or a replacement. I will have to charge you shipping if you want a replacement.
As all order comes with tracking. Please let the tracking number a few hours to a couples for tracking to update. Occasionally the tracking number does not update due to the postage carrier has not scanned in the item but it mostly already on it's wait to its destination. For International customers, the postal carrier will likely to have it scanned as soon as it makes it to the sorting facility.
